The project of expansion of Montecarlo was an international bid competition. The project group was composed by Arata Isozaki and Daniel Libeskind, headed by Bovis Lend Lease Milano office as Project Management. Lorena Alessio was a Consultant of the project, as Design Manager for Bovis Lend Lease.
